Characters

When we were choosing which characters we wanted to star in our Thriller we had a general idea as to what we wanted them to look like and chose our actors accordingly.
The characters in our Thriller opening are:
'Missing' girl- This is the character that the two main characters are searching for to start with, she is only shown on the 'Missing' poster and in the flashback.
Main girl - Best friend of the 'Missing' girl, has the largest role. She is killed in the opening.
Main boy- Boyfriend of the 'Missing' girl, has a short role at beginning as he is helping search for his girlfriend.
Murderer- Kills 'Missing' girl and the main girl, identity never revealed. Tall and threatening.

This is our 'Main Girl' (Grace), we wanted our main female characters to look innocent and vulnerable. Grace is a drama student and fits the character profile well. We want her to be wearing fairly neutral colours when we film.

This is our 'Main Boy' (Callum), we chose him because he is fairly tall and fits the image we wanted for the character he is playing. We want him to be wearing fairly neutral colours also when we film. 

This is our murderer (Mash), we chose him because he is tall, we also plan for him to wear black and we won't be filming his face, only him from the back which will give him a sense of mystery and intimidation.
